Stir it Up at Founders FOOD HALL and Stir it up Grab ‘n’Go!
Owners Aurora and Kevin started up this bangin’ take-away cafe in 2018. It’s safe to say islanders have been in love ever since. Stir-it-Up is tucked away at the back of Back Alley Music (the coolest record store). It’s a takeaway cafe except in the summer when you can eat on picnic tables in the back yard. They’re inspired by the Caribbean, grow their own greens and the menu changes seasonally. The house salad and dotty’s burger are staff favourites. Amazing grab n go salads and mooless macs (tastes like a big mac). They also serve an assortment of very yummy vegan baked goods and locally roasted receiver coffee and kombucha by heartbeet organics.
*The two locations have 2 separate instagram accounts follow each for current info, specials and foodie fan photos!
*The Founders Food Hall location has the main menu featuring hot food items like their amazing vegan burgers. The Grab ‘n’ go features picnic perfect foos – salads, soups, sammies and baked goods.
*Browse records while you wait at the Grab ‘n’ Go location!
* Be fast – the specials sell out quick!
